Wintergreen (Gaultheria procumbens) essential oil is a single oil with an abundant number of uses. It has a stimulating and invigorating scent and is great to use before and after exercise activity.
Wintergreen is great during the holidays. It can be used with food and drinks as well as diffused to create the perfect holiday environment.
Wintergreen can have a warming effect so when applying remember a little goes a long way.
Potential Uses:
- Massage 2-3 drops on muscles after exercise
- Apply 2 drops to joints before exercise for its stimulating effect
- Place 1-2 drops to to head, neck and shoulders to reduce tension
- Use 1-2 drops on each foot to increase circulation
- Diffuse into air to help invigorate sinuses
- Put 2 drops on tongue to freshen breath
- Put 1 drop in hot or cold beverage to release minty flavor
